LIBRARY BINDING SERVICES

The Library system has a binding section where library resources that are worn out are repaired and bound.  The section also provides support for materials that are not easily shelved without damage. In addition, the section does binding of journal issues or newspapers to make them easier for library users and library personnel to locate them, as the title and call number are clearly marked on the spine. Library binding uses specific materials and methods to make sure the books last as long as possible and are easily used by library users.  All types of binding are provided.

It is now a policy that all dissertations and theses are bound at the Library bindery before they are submitted.  The binding service is therefore available for Ph.D and Master's students.  The binding service is also extended to anyone who wants to bind personal or other academic documents.  Library users are called upon to take full use of the Library binding services.
