Representatives from Digital Divide Data train Library staff on Digitization process

On Wednesday 1st February 2017, Fifteen (15) members of staff from the library were trained on digitization process. The trainers were from Digital Divide Data (DDD). DDD Company delivers content digitization and data services. Some of the topics covered during the training were;

Representatives from eKitabu Digital Collection visit the Library (31/01/2017)

Four representatives from eKitabu held a fruitful meeting with the library team on 31st January 2017 at the library boardroom. The meeting was mainly to share feedback from users about trial of eKitabu digital collection installed late last year in some of the Schools and Colleges.

The library team shared the experience encountered with the collection and also suggested on the way forward to ensure the customer gets maximum satisfaction. Possible areas of collaboration were also discussed.
