The Journal of Rural Advancement (JRA) is a bi-annual english publication (April & October), started 2013. JRA is published by the Institute for Development of Technology for Rural Advancement (IDTRA) run by D.T.R.A. Trust, a professional body based in India, dedicated to rural advancement.
The journal was originally only in print, but is now also available in Open Access electronic version. It addresses the multi-dimensions of rural life including the aspects of agriculture, culture, economics, education, finance, health, philosophy, planning, policies, science, society and welfare, etc.
