This is the largest College in the University comprising of almost half the student population. The College Librarian is housed at JKML. The college is spread across eight campuses of the University and has libraries in the following:

• School of Business Library, Lower Kabete

• School of Law Library, Parklands

• Institute for DevelopmentStudies (IDS) Library

• Population Studies and Research Institute (PSRI) Library

• Institute of Anthropology, Gender and African Studies (IAGAS) Library at National Museum

• Kisumu Library

• Mombasa Library

• Jomo Kenyatta Memorial Library on Main Campus
