The Vice Chancellor, Prof. Margaret Jesang Hutchinson, visited Kisumu Campus on Thursday, March 27, 2025, accompanied by senior members of the University management, including the Chief Operations Officer, Mr. Brian Ouma.
During her visit, she toured the library, where she was received by the Librarian in charge, Madam Jane Opiyo. She assessed the library’s readiness ahead of the arrival of first-year Module One students expected in the coming intake.
Prof. Hutchinson expressed her appreciation for the library’s collection of information resources, which support faculty and students in teaching, learning, and research. She also commended the Kisumu library staff for their dedication and professionalism.
