College of Health Sciences (CHS) has two libraries namely: Medical Library that is situated at Kenyatta National Hospital along Ngong Rd and Dental Sciences Library in the School of Dental Sciences along Argwings Kodhek Rd opposite Nairobi Hospital.
CHS library has a sitting capacity of 300. It has a modern E-Learning Centre, two computer laboratories and stocks approximately 40,000 hard copy books and bound journals, making it the fourth largest, among the fourteen libraries in the University library system, after Jomo Kenyatta Memorial library (JKML), College of biological and Physical Sciences (CBPS) and College of Education and external Studies (CEES) libraries.
The library serves undergraduate and postgraduate medical students and also staff members at College of Health sciences. It has two discussion rooms for use by postgraduate students and faculty staff. The library also provides access to University of Nairobi Digital Repository, e-journal and e-book databases.
