The Library department is pleased to inform you that the University Of Nairobi now has single sign-on access to Research4Life. This development grants staff and students seamless access to extensive peer-reviewed academic and professional content spanning multiple disciplines, both on-campus and off-campus (remote access).
The Research4Life database offers access to over 200,000 high-quality scholarly resources in health, agriculture, environment, applied sciences, law, and global justice. These materials are available in various formats including – electronic books and journals, grey literature, patents & standards.
Research4Life is structured into five main programs, each catering to a specific discipline as highlighted below -

STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE TO ACCESS RESEARCH4LIFE
Navigate to the e-journals page on the library website, and locate Research4Life on the provided list of journals.
Step 1: The Research4Life login page will load. Click on the “Access via Institution SSO” button as shown in the screenshot below.
Step 2: Select the institution – “University of Nairobi” in the provided drop down menu, and click on the select button as shown in the screenshot below.
Step 3: This will load a login page where you will enter your Active Directory (AD) credentials. Click on the Login button to complete the process.
Step 4: This will log you into Research4Life giving you full access to the reading material.
