LIBRARY ATTACHMENT PROGRAM

The Intern will gain hands-on experience working in - circulation services, electronic resources, cataloguing and acquisitions section. Our library system being largely automated will give candidates an insight into the emerging trends in library operations. Other areas of specialization that the candidate expresses an interest in will also be considered.

 

The Intern will:

  • Support library staff with daily routine operations.
  • Complete other tasks or duties as assigned by supervisor.
  • The Intern will be supervised and mentored by the respective section heads.

Requriements:

  • Must be an ongoing student or a diploma holder in Library & Information Studies.
  • Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
