Library Staff Train on Marketing & Public Relations

The “Customer is always right” is a slogan that encourages service staff to give high priority to customer satisfaction. On Friday 10th March 2017, library staff were trained on Customer Relations. The training took place at KENET Training Room in JKML. The main aim of the training was to enhance quality of library services that leave the customers satisfied. Some of the topics covered included;
